Coffee Cocktails
Ginger Coffee (Cocktail)
- 3 cl Gin
- 2 cl Coffee-Ginger-Water
- 2 cl Apple Juice
- 1 cl Vermouth
Ice / Shaker / Martini Glass
The “Water” consists of an infusion. Pour one liter of boiling water over one piece of Ginger (about 2 cm) and 30 raw coffee seeds. After about an hour rest keep it in the refrigerator.
